Monita “Mo” Lucille is entering her first season at the Fritz Pollard Alliance as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Operations. Mo’s primary duties with the Fritz Pollard Alliance are to develop strategies; enhance the brand of the Fritz Pollard Alliance and assist in fulfilling the Fritz Pollard Alliance mission; work with FPA leadership to develop and maintain business policy and procedure; and provide oversite of annual budget process.
Mo joined the Fritz Pollard Alliance after 5 years with the Dallas Cowboys. Her experience includes Executive Board leadership within Diversity Equity and Inclusion scope of work. As the only woman on the coaching staff for the Texas Revolution Professional Indoor Football Team in the 2019 season Mo, served as the Director of Player Relations. Her professional sports journey also includes working for the Dallas Mavericks, Texas Motor Speedway and Tarrant County College as an Adjunct Professor. In 2021 Lucille was a participant of the highly esteemed NFL Women’s in Careers Football Forum.

Lucille’s professional sports career is a reflection of her hunger to educate, empower and better understand the needs of our professional athletic community.
Lucille is a very proud member of For(bes) The Culture, the Diversity Equity and Inclusion focused division of Forbes. Lucille received her Bachelors Degree in Organizational Development from the University of North Texas and Masters Degree in Sports Management, also from the University of North Texas.
