Jacques McClendon
VP, Football Coaches and Executives Operations, WIN Sports Group
McClendon is an agent with Win Sports Group and its football vertical representing coaches and executives across professional and collegiate football. Prior to his work on the agency side, McClendon spent six seasons with the Los Angeles Rams as the Director of Football Affairs. In his position, he worked closely with the head coach, general manager, and VP of Football Administration where he served as a key liaison between football and business operations while assisting in the scouting department. During his tenure, the Rams won Super Bowl LVI. McClendon was a two-time participant in the Ozzie Newsome General Manager Forum, which serves as a pipeline event for future NFL executives. McClendon was named The Athletics’ 50 under 40 list in 2025 and was named a University of Tennessee alumni 40 under 40 in 2024. He serves on the Knight Commission for Intercollegiate Athletics where he is Co-Chair of the Governance Committee.
McClendon spent seven years as an NFL player, which included time with the Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars and Miami Dolphins. A four-year letterman at the University of Tennessee, McClendon was an Academic All-SEC selection, graduating in 3 years with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and master’s degree in Sports Management in his 4th year. In 2022, McClendon graduated with his MBA from Brown University while working with the Rams.
